Cabin Crew recruitment

Our three training modules may be adapted to the airline’s needs.

A first proposal will be made according to the size of the project and the level of expertise required.

• Module 1  : Job description, screening of applications, recruitment worksheets, role-plays and tests, job interviews, creation of a selection board
• Modules 2 and 3 : Job sheets, screening of applications, recruitment process organisation, recruitment worksheets, group tests,  individual interview canvas, creation of a selection board

Three different modules may be provided:

1. Organisation of a recruitment process for Cabin Crews.
2. Organisation of a recruitment process for Pursers.
3. Organisation of a recruitment process for Chief Pursers.
